Trade Show Displays by Booth Size

Start here when you know the width of the stand you have booked. Everything is sorted by frontage rather than product family, so you mix your own combination instead of buying a fixed package, with widths from 0.85m tabletop pieces to 9m stand runs.

Good communication. Very helpful. The product we ordered is as we anticipated. A canvas bag was included, along with Velcro tape for installation. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which size to browse? +
Take the frontage from your exhibitor manual, not from the floor plan drawing. The number that matters is the open side facing the aisle, so a 3m x 3m stand has 3m of frontage while a 6m x 3m corner has 6m on one side and 3m on the other. Browse the width that matches the aisle face, then check the depth of the piece still leaves you room to stand behind it.
How is this different from Trade Show Booth Kits & Packages? +
This collection is individual display pieces grouped by the width they suit, while Trade Show Booth Kits & Packages is complete stands sold as one package for a whole floor space. Come here when you want a single wall, an arch, a counter or a lightbox and intend to build the stand from parts. Go there when you would rather one order arrived with the walls, counter, lighting and cases already matched.
Should the display be exactly as wide as the stand? +
No, go 100mm to 200mm narrower than the stand width. Hall floors are not flat, neighbouring stands creep over the line, and a wall built to the exact dimension ends up fouling the divider or sitting proud into the aisle, which floor marshals will ask you to move. On a 3m stand a 2.85m wall reads as full width from two metres away and gives you room to level the feet.
How tall should the display be? +
2.3m to 2.5m for a shell scheme stand, because the organiser's walls are 2.5m and anything taller either fouls the fascia or has to be approved as a custom build. On a raw space stand you can go to 3.2m, and the taller options here exist for exactly that. Anything above 4m usually needs organiser approval, and anything suspended has to be rigged by the venue's approved rigger, never your own crew.
What changes on a corner or island stand? +
Everything you buy has to look finished from more than one side. On a corner you lose one wall of usable backdrop, so a straight 6m wall is the wrong buy and an L-shape or two 3m walls at right angles works better. On an island every face is a frontage, which is where the arches, 360-degree enclosures and freestanding towers in this range earn their keep. Double-sided printing stops the back looking like a back.
Can I mix pieces from different width groups? +
Yes, and most stands end up doing it. A 3m back wall with a 0.85m tower either side and a counter in front is three separate listings, and it works because the hardware is a common system. Two things to watch: keep the heights deliberate rather than accidental, and order all the fabric in one production run so the whites match, since white drifts between runs more than any other colour.
Can I use a 6m wall on a 3m stand the next year? +
Only if the frame is bay-built. Tension fabric walls made from linked uprights split into halves and the graphic can be reprinted at 3m, whereas a one-piece 6m popup lattice cannot be shortened. The graphic is the bigger cost anyway, so plan the artwork with the key message sitting in the centre 2.5m, and a 6m print then crops down to a 3m print without redrawing the whole thing.
What is the quickest way to get this specified and ordered? +
Give us the stand number, the frontage and depth, and which sides are open, which is enough to come back with a shortlist. Write to support@backdropsource.com.au or ring +61 7 3053 8668 and speak to someone who has built these. Setting up your files costs nothing and a free 2D mockup shows the stand before it prints. Every order ships free within Australia and the aluminium hardware is warranted for a year.
