6m x 3m Trade Show Booth Kits

These are complete 6m x 3m stands rather than parts you assemble into one. Each kit pairs a 6m wall run with the counters, shelving, arches, lighting and transit cases that go with it, so the stand arrives and is built as one job.

Good communication. Very helpful. The product we ordered is as we anticipated. A canvas bag was included, along with Velcro tape for installation. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy a kit instead of a 6m backdrop plus separate accessories? +
Because the pieces are dimensioned against each other. In a kit the counter height, the shelf positions and the arch span are set to the wall run, so nothing lands 80mm out and forces a rethink on the show floor. Buying separately gives you freedom to mix systems and to buy the wall now and the rest later, which suits a first-time exhibitor. If you are assembling piece by piece, start from 6m Trade Show Displays & Backdrops instead.
Should I buy 6m x 3m or 3m x 6m — is there a real difference? +
The floor area is identical at 18 square metres; what changes is which side faces the aisle. A 6m x 3m stand gives you 6m of frontage and 3m of depth, so far more passing traffic sees you, but everything lives against one long back wall and the storeroom has to come out of one end of that run. The 3m x 6m Trade Show Booth Kits layout trades that exposure for depth, putting a lockable store and meeting space behind the front graphic.
How many people and how long does one of these kits take to build? +
Three people and two to three hours for a full kit, or two people and closer to four hours. The wall run itself goes up in about an hour; the time goes into levelling the counters, fitting shelves, dressing the graphics and running leads. Book your build-up slot for the morning rather than the afternoon, because on a shared build day you will otherwise be working around forklifts and a rigging crew overhead.
Do all the kits include a counter and shelving? +
No, and this is the thing to check before ordering. Models such as the 6m Straight Backdrop with Shelf Exhibition Kit are built around integrated shelving, while others, such as the 6m Straight Backdrop with 3D Wall & Arch Exhibition Kit, are wall and arch only. Read the inclusions on the model page, then tell us what is missing and we can price a counter or shelving separately rather than pushing you into a bigger kit for the sake of one item.
Can I put a 6m x 3m kit inside a shell scheme, or do I need raw space? +
Raw space, in most cases. Shell scheme uprights sit at fixed centres and interrupt a continuous 6m run, so the kit ends up cut into segments it was not designed around. If the organiser only offers shell scheme, order the space as a raw or open stand where possible. Keep the build under the 2.5m wall height unless you have written approval, because a kit taller than the surrounding scheme needs a finished rear face.
Which model do I choose if I need somewhere to sit down with a client? +
The 6m Meeting Pod with Round Arch Exhibition Kit, which builds an enclosed pod into the run. Be clear about the cost: a usable pod takes two to three square metres out of eighteen, and it takes them from the part of the stand nearest the back wall where you would otherwise store stock. If most of your conversations are two minutes at a counter, a taller counter with stools does more work for less floor.
Can I hang a banner above a 6m x 3m stand? +
Only where the organiser permits hanging in that hall, and only with the venue's approved rigger doing the work. You cannot rig it yourself, and the request goes in through the exhibitor manual well before build-up because rigging slots fill and late orders attract a surcharge. Halls set their own maximum heights and point loads, so confirm those before you order a banner size. Overhead options are in Hanging Banners & Overhead Signage.
How do I order a kit and get the graphics right? +
Pick the model, then send us the organiser's stand plan along with your logo files and any brand guide. We lay the artwork across every panel in the kit at no cost, including the pieces people forget such as counter fronts and arch headers, and send a free 2D mockup of the whole stand before printing.
