Fabric Arch Display Stands

Freestanding fabric arches you walk through rather than stand in front of: an aluminium tube frame with a printed cover that zips over it, so one frame carries a different graphic at every event. Rounded and squared tops, solid-leg and full-open.

Good communication. Very helpful. The product we ordered is as we anticipated. A canvas bag was included, along with Velcro tape for installation. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

Round top or square top? +
Square if the arch carries a logo, round if it carries a mood. A squared header gives you a flat panel roughly the width of the opening, so type sits straight and photographs without distortion, which is what you want for a sponsor mark or an event name. A rounded top has to have artwork curved to follow it, and small text on a curve loses legibility fast. Round reads warmer and suits celebrations, launches and retail activations.
What opening size do I need for people to walk through? +
At least 1.2m clear width and 2.1m clear height, and 1.5m by 2.3m if traffic runs both ways. Anything under 1.2m turns into a queue as soon as two people meet in it, and low headroom makes tall guests duck, which they remember and photographers do not forgive. Measure the clear opening between the legs, not the outside width of the frame, because the leg sections take up 80mm to 150mm each side.
Can I use one of these outdoors? +
Not safely in any real wind. These are indoor stands: an arch is a sail with a large surface area and a small footprint, and once a breeze passes roughly 15 to 20 km/h it will move even with weights on the feet. A sheltered courtyard or covered forecourt on a still day is the limit, with sandbags or water weights on every foot. For genuinely outdoor entries, use Inflatable Arches & Event Structures instead.
How is this different from the tension fabric arch range? +
These four are walk-through stands with a clear opening; the arches in Tension Fabric Arch Displays are mostly backdrops and stand structures shaped like arches. That range includes C-shapes, triangular prisms, N-frames and arches with built-in shelving, which are designed to sit behind a stand or wrap a corner rather than frame a doorway. Choose from this collection when guests physically pass through the arch, and from the other when they stand in front of it.
How long does one take to set up and how do I order? +
One person and 15 to 25 minutes: the tube sections push together tool-free, then the cover zips on from the bottom. Send us the opening width and height you need plus your artwork or logo, and our team will lay it up to the exact arch shape at no charge and send a free 2D mockup before printing.
