Can one frame span the full 6m, or do I gang two together? +

Both work, and the choice is about handling. The SEG Fabric Media Display - 6m W and the SEG Frameless Fabric LED Light Box Display - 6m W x 2.5m H cover it in one continuous face with no join, but the cover is a single large piece that two people must carry. Ganging two 3m frames is easier to freight and lets you reuse either half at a smaller show, at the cost of a visible vertical seam roughly centred on the stand.

How many people and how long should I allow for a 6m build? +

Two people minimum and 60 to 90 minutes for the wall plus accessories. One person is not stubbornness, it is a hazard, because a 6m frame standing on its feet with no cover has almost no weight and tips if you pull the fabric sideways from one end. Build the frame flat, walk it up together, then dress it from the middle out towards each end so the tension distributes evenly.

How do I stop 6m of graphic reading as a fence? +

Break the plane at least once. Six metres of flat printed wall reads as a hoarding from the aisle and gives visitors nowhere to stop. The S Shape Wave Fabric Display Wall and the Glide Wave Exhibition Display do it with a continuous curve, or you can run a 4m flat face and hand the last 2m to 3D Wall Box Fabric Exhibition Display units or an arch. A stepped run also creates natural entry points instead of one long barrier.

Where does storage go on a 6m stand? +

Behind the break in the wall, which is the main practical reason to put one there. Allow a minimum of 1m x 1m of concealed floor for a two-day show; that holds a pallet of brochures, two cartons of samples, a bin and staff bags. A curved section or a pair of 3D boxes set forward of the back line creates the void without adding a separate store. Keep the entry to it away from the main aisle sightline.

How much lighting does a 6m face need? +

Plan on one clamp light per 1.5m of wall, so four across a 6m run, and pair them with light-fitted kits such as the Premium Curved Fabric Backwall Kit with Clamping Lights. Two lights on a 6m wall produce two bright patches and a dark middle, which looks worse than no lights at all. Order the power outlets through the exhibitor manual early, and have every lead and fitting test-and-tagged to AS/NZS 3760 because venues will inspect at build-up.

Is a backlit 6m run worth the extra over a printed wall? +

It is if your graphic is dark or your stand sits away from the hall's main light banks. Backlighting holds saturation across the whole 6m face where spotlights fall off between fittings. The costs are freight weight, a dedicated power run rather than a shared board, and reprint pricing that is higher per square metre because the graphic is printed specifically for transmitted light. On a pale, text-led graphic, front lighting is the better value.

When is 3m enough, and when do I need 9m? +

Drop back to 3m Trade Show Displays & Backdrops if your frontage is one bay, because a 6m system in a 3m space just means carrying sections you cannot use. Step up to 9m Trade Show Displays & Backdrops when the stand is an island or a long open run, where you are tiling multiple frames and coordinating a crew rather than standing up one wall. The jump from 6m to 9m changes the job from a two-person build to a scheduled install.

What do I send through to get a 6m stand quoted and printed? +
