Trade Show Booth Kits & Packages

Each package is a complete stand sold as one kit rather than a single wall, built to a booked floor space from 3m x 3m up to 9m x 6m. The model number fixes the layout of walls, counter, screen mount and lighting.

Good communication. Very helpful. The product we ordered is as we anticipated. A canvas bag was included, along with Velcro tape for installation. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from Trade Show Displays by Booth Size? +
Trade Show Displays by Booth Size sells you the pieces; this collection sells you the finished stand. There you browse by frontage and pick a wall, an arch or a counter and put your own combination together. Here every listing is one part number covering the whole footprint, with back wall, returns, counter, screen mount, lighting and cases already worked out so the parts match. Use the size collection when you are adding to something you already own.
What is actually included in a kit? +
It varies by model and the product page lists it, but a typical 3m x 3m package is a printed back wall, one or two return walls, a lockable counter, a screen bracket, arm or clamp lights and wheeled transit cases. Flooring, furniture and the screen itself are not included. Where a listing says 3-in-1, it means the frame reconfigures between three layouts, not that three separate stands ship to you.
How long does a kit take to build and how many people? +
A 3m x 3m package is a two-person, 60 to 90 minute job with no tools beyond an Allen key. A 6m x 6m runs 3 to 4 hours with two people, and a 9m x 6m is a half-day and worth rostering three. Build the walls flat on the floor and stand them up rather than assembling vertically. Add half an hour the first time, because every crew is slower on its first build.
Will a booth kit work inside a shell scheme stand? +
A 3m x 3m kit will, provided you treat the shell as a box you stand inside rather than something to bolt to. Octanorm walls are 2.5m high, so keep the kit at or below that and leave 100mm of air behind it. If the organiser has already sold you white walls and a fascia, printed panels are often the cheaper answer, so look at Shell Scheme Panels & Graphics before committing to a full kit.
Can I run a 6m x 3m kit as a 3m x 3m the following year? +
Sometimes, and it is worth asking before you buy rather than after. The modular and magnetic kits break into bays, so a 6m run splits into two 3m walls that still stand on their own feet. The Exhibit Pro and popup-based kits are built around a fixed lattice and do not divide. Splitting also leaves you with graphics sized for the larger layout, so budget for one reprint when the footprint changes.
What do I need to organise for power and lighting? +
Order the power drop from the organiser during the exhibitor manual window, because after that closes you pay a late fee or go without and there is no fixing it on build day. One 10A general purpose outlet runs the lights and a screen on most 3m x 3m stands. Every lead, powerboard and light fitting must be test-and-tagged to AS/NZS 3760, and floor marshals do check tags at ICC Sydney and MCEC.
How does a kit travel and what does it weigh? +
Kits ship in wheeled hard cases. A 3m x 3m is usually two cases at around 30kg to 45kg each and a 6m x 6m can be six cases or more, which makes it a ute or van job rather than a sedan. Check the venue's loading dock times before you book a courier, because most halls only accept deliveries inside a set window and will turn a driver away outside it.
How do I choose a model and place the order? +
Tell us the size of the space you have booked, whether it is shell scheme or raw space, and whether you need a screen, and that narrows the range down to two or three models fast. We are on support@backdropsource.com.au and +61 7 3053 8668. Artwork assistance is included at no cost and a 2D mockup comes back for approval before print. Shipping anywhere in Australia is free and the frames and hardware are warranted for 12 months.
