3m x 6m Trade Show Booth Kits

A 3m x 6m stand is eighteen square metres with a narrow 3m frontage and six metres of depth, so most of the floor sits behind the aisle line. The kits here are modular and portable builds sized for that footprint.

The customer service was awesome. Placed order on the Friday, recieved mock up on Saturday and recieved our order in 5 days. Very efficient process and happy with the product. This is our second order.

Good communication. Very helpful. The product we ordered is as we anticipated. A canvas bag was included, along with Velcro tape for installation. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which dimension is my frontage on a 3m x 6m stand? +
The 3m is your frontage and the 6m runs back from the aisle, which is how these kits are laid out. Organisers usually quote frontage first, but not always, so read the floor plan rather than the size on the invoice. If you have six metres facing the aisle and three metres of depth, buy from 6m x 3m Trade Show Booth Kits instead, because the back wall there is built to span the full frontage.
How do I stop the back three metres becoming dead space? +
Put the reason to walk in at the back and keep the front open. Anything solid within the first 1.5m of the aisle blocks the view down the stand, so use low counters or open frames there and save the screen, the demo or the samples for the rear third. Side wall graphics at eye height, roughly 1.4m to 2m off the floor, pull people along the length.
Where do the counter and storeroom go? +
Counter near the front on one side, storeroom in the rear corner on the other. A 1m by 1m lockable store swallows cartons, jackets, water and the vacuum, and on a stand only 3m wide it has to sit against a side wall or it eats the walkway. Keep at least 1.2m of clear passage past the counter. Splitting the two stops staff and visitors queueing in the same spot.
Shell scheme or space only at this size? +
Both are usually offered, and the deciding factor is the upright. Two joined 3m bays leave an Octanorm post on each side at the 3m mark that you cannot remove, so a continuous side wall graphic has to break there or stand clear of it. Space only gives you bare floor and freedom, but you then supply walls, flooring and often a build. Shell scheme is cheaper and harder to make look custom.
How many people and how long to build? +
Two people and two to three hours for a modular kit at this size, or about half that for the portable models. The head count matters more than the clock, because one person cannot hold a 3m side wall square while bolting the next section to it. Take a bump-in slot early in the window rather than late, since on a deep stand you build from the back forward and a blocked aisle stops you.
Does a 3m x 6m kit still travel in cases? +
The portable models do, in three or four wheeled cases. The full modular kits do not, once you add side walls, a storeroom, flooring and a counter, and those ship as crated freight that needs a trolley and a dock at the other end. If you drive to regional shows, stay with the Portable Exhibit Display 3m x 6m range and accept a simpler stand rather than paying freight twice a year.
Can I reuse the kit on a smaller stand next year? +
Yes, and that is the point of buying modular rather than a fixed build. The frames, connectors and counters come apart into sections you can rebuild as a 3m x 3m stand, and the printed panels come off the frame separately. What does not carry over is a graphic cut for a single 6m run of side wall. Order artwork panel by panel and you keep the option open.
How do I get a layout and place the order? +
Send your stand number, the frontage and depth from the floor plan, and a note on which sides are open to support@backdropsource.com.au, or ring +61 7 3053 8668. We mark up which kit fits, help with the artwork at no charge, and put a free 2D mockup in front of you before print. Delivery is free anywhere in Australia and the frames and fittings carry a 1-year warranty.
