Shipping & Installation
- Our production time on this product is 48hrs and for delivery 7-8 days. However, if you need it quickly pleasecontact us.
- The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48hrs.
- Frames will be dispatched within 24hrs.
This product comes with a standard2-year warrantyagainst Aluminium frames for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision on replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.
FABRIC CARE
All of Backdrop Source's banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your curved fabric banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.

Artwork and file setup
Just in case, you want to give us your own designs, we accept them when it meets the following specifications:
- File Formats: .eps, .png, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, .cdr, .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .ppt,.ai
- Artwork: Any size of your choice
- Font format: No bleed, no crop marks, only outlines fonts
- File: If Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only
- Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size
- File Size: For uploading via the website, please ensure that the file size remains below 50 MB. If the file size exceeds 50 MB, kindly utilise file-sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc to upload the file and share the URL with us.
