    Your website showed the item installed in a stand, so when I bought it I thought it came with a stand. Disappointed that I did not get what was shown on the website. Other than that, it works as expected

    I ordered this backdrop for a job and it was well within the delivery date outlined when I purchased it. There is no communication about any delays and I ordered it from what I thought was an Australian company and yet the shipment came from China plus I had to follow up about the order because I needed it for a planned shoot I couldn’t move. It arrived a week later than I needed it so I had to purchase something from Spotlight to get the job done which means unfortunately I can’t give you a review on your product.
