    Terrible fabric! Not wrinkle resistant as described. Looked like a bed sheet rather than a back drop.

    Looks like a bedsheet- poor response

    I purchased this backdrop along with the recommended frame, and unfortunately, the product is not suitable for use. When hung, it remains creased (even after attempting to steam it), and it shows noticeable shadows and light interference. It looks like a bedsheet has been hung, rather than an expensive back drop. When I contacted the company to express my concerns, they informed me that returns were not possible, citing the product as 'customized'—despite it being a standard size listed on their website. They offered a 10% discount for future purchases. I would not recommend this backdrop or this company due to the poor product quality and lack of customer service. I will not be making future purchases.
